Our Walk with a Hawk experience is a gentle stroll around our bushland with a free-flying Goshawk soaring overhead and flying to your gloved hand.
The experience starts with one of our Keepers introducing you to the Goshawk and explaining how to use your falconry glove. This encounter lasts approximately 30 minutes, during which the Hawk will fly to your glove several times, as he naturally follows the walk through the trees. The pace is unhurried and offers you plenty of time to ask any questions, and with the Hawk flying and landing so close to you there are many opportunities to get some amazing photographs.
Available Monday – Friday at 1.30pm, not available on weekends or public holidays
