Working together for wildlife

Protecting wildlife and the environment is a shared responsibility. At Moonlit Sanctuary, we’re proud to support the local community by working alongside conservation organisations, schools, volunteers and community groups who share our passion for protecting Australia’s unique biodiversity.

We believe that by connecting people with nature and supporting the work of others, we can inspire more people to take action for wildlife. Whether it’s helping community groups raise awareness, supporting fundraising efforts or providing opportunities to engage with our visitors, we’re committed to making a positive contribution beyond the Sanctuary’s gates.

Community Donations

Moonlit Sanctuary receives many requests for donations each year from schools, charities and community organisations. While we are unable to support every request, we are pleased to assist eligible organisations wherever possible.

If your organisation is seeking a donation for a fundraising event or community initiative, please email us at bookings@moonlitsanctuary.com.au. Requests are assessed based on their alignment with our conservation values, community benefit and available resources.

Supporting Local Conservation Organisations

Conservation is most successful when we work together. We’re proud to support local conservation organisations by helping them connect with the thousands of visitors who come through our gates each year.

If your organisation would like to display brochures or information at Moonlit Sanctuary, please get in touch. We also welcome local conservation groups to host information stalls at the Sanctuary throughout the year, providing an opportunity to share your work, recruit volunteers, promote upcoming events and inspire visitors to get involved in conservation.

To discuss brochure displays or hosting a conservation stall, please contact us at marketing@moonlitsanctuary.com.au

Volunteer with Us

Our volunteers play an invaluable role in helping us deliver memorable visitor experiences while supporting our conservation mission. From welcoming guests and sharing their knowledge of Australian wildlife to assisting with events and special projects, our volunteer team helps make Moonlit Sanctuary a place where people and wildlife can thrive.

If you’re passionate about conservation and enjoy engaging with people, we’d love to hear from you.

Stronger Together

Creating a future where wildlife and people thrive takes collaboration. By supporting volunteers, community organisations and local conservation groups, we’re helping build a stronger network of people working together to protect Australia’s unique wildlife and natural environments.
