Are you a people-person? Do you consider yourself a customer service ‘all-rounder’? Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park, renowned for its commitment to conservation and exceptional wildlife experiences, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant – someone who can successfully turn their hand to anything whether that’s ticket sales, retail, hospitality, kitchen operations or cleaning.
At its heart, Moonlit Sanctuary is driven to safeguard the welfare of the animals in our care and to promote the conservation of wildlife and its environment. As a Customer Service Assistant, you would be part of this important work.
What we’re looking for
- A strong commitment to wildlife conservation and the work of Moonlit Sanctuary.
- A customer service super star with excellent communication, teamwork and time management skills.
- Someone who’s comfortable moving between front of house duties including clearing tables, arranging displays, ticket or retail sales, or even cleaning, and back of house in kitchen operations as needed.
- Someone who can take direction but also show initiative, ensuring a great visitor experience.
- Previous experience in a cafe, kitchen or food service role, or even catering.
- Experience as a Barista. Bonus points if this was in a busy café environment!
- Understanding of food hygiene or an interest in learning.
- Experience in retail or ticketing a bonus.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays in a genuine casual role.
