What to wear to Keeper Club

Most of the program is outdoors and will run in all weather conditions. Please ensure your child is wearing weather appropriate clothing.

  • Closed shoes
  • Hat
  • Sunscreen
  • Warm jacket/rain jacket as needed
  • Insect repellent on humid days

 What to bring to Keeper Club

  • Mask (participants 8 or older for indoor settings)
  • Morning tea
  • Lunch (or order lunch from our café when booking, or on the day)
  • Water bottle
  • Medications, inhalers, EpiPen as required
  • A device to take photos with is optional

Belongings will be left securely in the classroom during the program so Junior Keepers can bring anything they need.

Sign In

Please wait near the front entrance with your child. Your child will be signed in by one of our Education Officers 15 minutes prior to the start time (varies seasonally).

Latecomers will need to enter through the admissions building and may miss the start of the program, so please ensure timely arrival.

 Pick Ups

Please wait near the front entrance at the scheduled pick-up time (varies seasonally). You will be admitted through the education gate. Please do not leave with your child until you have both signed out with the Education Officer.

Once you have booked your place, please retain a  copy of your booking number (9 digits) and complete a Medical and Indemnity Form for each child participating in the program.

COVID-Safe Policy

The majority of the program will take place outdoors. Indoor activities will be restricted to extreme weather days.


Visitors aged 8 and above are required to wear masks indoors, and where 1.5 metres of physical distancing cannot be maintained – except where expempt, as per the current Department of Health guidelines.


Anyone entering the venue who is over 18 years old must be able to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, except where they have proof of exemption, in line with Government directives.


Hand sanitiser will be provided to participants and their parents upon arrival for sign in.

Moonlit Sanctuary adheres to all current government regulations.
