Keeper Club is finished for autumn but will re-open in the winter school holidays

If you have some junior wildlife lovers ready to get outdoors over the school holidays, our Keeper Club holiday program is the ideal activity.

In the school holiday program kids enjoy environmental activities, animal encounters and native animal care. Groups are small, with a maximum of 16 children.

A typical day includes interactions with cockatoos, reptiles and nocturnal animals that are usually off-limits to the public. Junior Keepers help with feeding animals and animal enrichment activities.

AUTUMN KEEPER CLUB – SOLD OUT

Our school holiday program offers a hands-on experience to learn about our animals, their conservation and the environment.

Dates: Tuesday 2nd April, Wednesday 3rd April, Thursday 4th April, Friday 5th April

Monday 8th April, Tuesday 9th April, Wednesday 10th April, Thursday 11th April, Friday 12th April

Times: 8:45am sign in, 9:00am start, 2:00pm finish

Ages:  7-14 years

Cost: $99

Dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes, long pants and remember your hat or raincoat. Bring morning tea and a water bottle.

You can BYO lunch or purchase at the café.

Bookings are essential as places are limited to 16 participants each day.

A new holiday program for nature lovers of secondary school age.

Get outside, do some science, meet some of our endangered wildlife, and learn about the critical conservation work we are involved with at Moonlit Sanctuary.

Activities include assisting our Keeper with maintenance tasks, feeding nocturnal animals, discovering the water-life of our local systems, and meeting the endangered species that benefit from those healthy systems.

Groups are small with a maximum of 10 participants per day.

Ages: 11-18 year (secondary school level)
